There is no one university that is best for everyone: different things are important to different people. Courses and institutions differ in many ways, and only you can decide which differences really mean the most to you.
Our ratings provide insight into the strengths of all Australian universities to help guide you through the process of choosing a place to study.
The student support assessment looks at the proportion of students who were satisfied with the support they received from their institution. When it comes to settling in a new country, university, and course, the amount of support offered can become very important for some people.
The study support assessment is based on the extent to which the students felt that they were supported in adapting to the study; experienced effective enrollment and admissions processes; thought the orientation activities were useful; and found administrative staff and services, career advisors, academic or learning advisors, counselors, financial advisors, and health services available and helpful.
